Attorney Edward Cassidy joined Johnson Law Firm, P.C. as an of counsel attorney in 2020. Edward is experienced in tax law and criminal defense, and focuses his practice on estate planning, intellectual property, business formation, and tax law. Having worked with both Gonzaga University’s Tax Clinic and the Spokane County Public Defender’s office, he assisted in a variety of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Edward’s experience includes successfully representing clients with IRS disputes, drafting estate plans, and developing business contracts and sales agreements.
Edward graduated from Washington State University, earning a B.A. in criminal justice, then attended Gonzaga University Law where he earned his J.D. Prior to becoming an attorney, Edward worked in the fire service as a certified firefighter and licensed paramedic.
