Sean E. Johnson founded Johnson Law Firm, P.C. in the spring of 2014. Formerly a partner at the firm of Corette Pohlman & Kebe, PC, Sean relocated to Spokane from Butte, Montana due to a promotion his wife received with the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Sean focuses his practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense, social security disability and real estate.

Sean’s experience includes successfully litigating jury and judge trials, resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, participating in administrative hearings, interpreting contracts, and appellate work. Sean also sat on several non-profit boards of directors holding various leadership positions.

Sean is a Butte, Montana native graduating from the University of Montana in 1998 with a degree in Exercise Science and earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 2003. Sean is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Montana and Washington, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Sean also holds a “AV Preeminent” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Sean is married and the father of two wonderful children. When not practicing law, Sean spends his time with his family, fishing, hunting and volunteering for the Shrine Hospital System.
